I have a 950 and recently the display lags terribly so everything is blurred as you scroll, similar to having the wrong display refresh on a PC. Also the display has dimmed and using the slider to increase the display brightness does nothing. I've changed the mode to Light so I can at least see something.
So far I've performed a soft then hard reset and even installed a new image via the Device Recovery Tool, but the phone is still the same and it looks like a hardware issue.
Has anyone seen this before?
