I've done a couple resets and am having some problems with Cortana on my 950. It still says that I'm in the insider preview. I ran the Windows Device Recovery Tool and it finds my 950 but it just says Package not available for this device.
I have been able to use the Windows Device Recovery Tool (or maybe it was the Windows Phone Recovery Tool at the time) successfully in the past.
