I use bing for my home page and it keeps forgetting my regional settings for location. I am in Afghanistan and my ISP is Australia. When I load up IE9 bing thinks I'm in Australia. I go into settings and change it back to the US, close IE9, re-open IE9, and its back to thinking I'm in Australia. How do I fix this? I save the settings each time. Every other custom setting I have there it keeps accept the location.
