Outlook.com messaging history question

I have been noticing that some people have a "Messaging History" folder on their Outlook.com accounts. The folder shows a history of all of the text messages they have sent.

I need to see some old messages that got deleted off an old phone so I decided to check my Outlook.com account but I do not have that Messaging History folder unlike other people. I checked the settings page and there is no option there either.

Does anyone have any idea on how to activate that folder?

I believe it's part of the backup if you selected to back up your texts.

Ah stupid me. I just enabled the back up and after a while the folder showed up.
