I'm really jealous looking at iDevices. Infinity Blade III, Badland and tons of other great, top quality games. Will Microsoft be capable to deliver great games to its phones? It's a dealbreaker for many peoeple, as smartphones slowly but steadily replace handheld gaming devices. We have the right hardware, bu game devs simply aren't interested in WP8. Sadly, it won't change in the nearest future...

Depends on a lot of factors:
    -Market Share
    -Mind Share
    -XBL Process
    -Ease of development
    -Competition

...and a lot of other factors.

You can always contact the devs for the games so that they know that it's requested, sometimes it helps
