I'm very curious to know if Microsoft will keep the Lytro Camera Pelican Imaging: A Smart Camera for Your Smartphone that Nokia invested with the Nokia Deal.

    Do you know anything?

I'm not sure I understand your statement.

    Nokia didn't own Lytro.

I was curious about this as well. Does it come with Nokia's devices division, or retained by Nokia's Advanced Technologies division.

It was rumoured that Nokia has a device in the pipeline with this camera, I think the rumour said for a 2014 release too.

Edit: I dug up my old thread from June. Interesting that if the 1520 is the first device, these rumours from back in June could very well be on target (at least prior to the MS deal): http://forums.windowscentral.com/upc...le-camera.html

The second megaPhone supposedly gearing for a February release is expected to have PureView technology integrated with Lytro-style camera technology involving 16 lenses. The technology apparently will allow for focus of the scene to be adjusted after the picture is taken, not just before the shutter button is pushed. This new camera will supposedly have a higher resolution than current Lumia models, which max out at 8 megapixels currently.
