I just got the update on IOS for google hangout that you can not only have 9 ppl to a video chat for free but you can make free phone calls. This feature Microsoft should look hard at. One we can only have 2 to a video call then you must pay 5 a month on both ends of you and your other party must use it for multiple people. And also free phone call, which can be essential for ppl who might want to save on,a,phone bill. We should bake this feature in windows phone and tablets as well. Any thoughts?

Free calls in US and Canada?
Worthless for me, but might be useful for you.

I don't know the Skype business model, but they really need to step up their game on Windows Phone.

For that video chat, I actually find it cool to do that.

We really should tell Skype to prioritize Windows Phone.

I agree. While I don't use them, Hangouts has a lot of good features. Skype has the same features, but charges for some. So if you're a business looking for a communication tool or just someone wanting to connect with friends, why should you use Skype which can cost money over Hangouts which is free? Microsoft either needs to answer that question or change it.
