I heard from WPC quite a while ago that, since Microsoft bought Nokia, that they would be planning on merging all apps (Nokia and HTC) to one store. Does anyone know when this or if this might be happening.

They'll probably ditch the Nokia Collection and make everything in there available to all WPs, so they won't get an unfair competitive advantage.

Of course, it's also likely that they'll expand it to include some Microsoft apps and games.

Whatever licensing deals Nokia has in place will have to stay there until Microsoft either lets them expire or renegotiates the licensing deal. My guess would be that Microsoft will renegotiate any deals and rebrand the Nokia collection.

Thanks for the input. My view, since I have the HTC 8x and Nokia and HTC are having such a bicker and going through a lawsuit right now, that they may never get over their issues and work together.
