I am trying to register my Nokia 1520 to get the free $20 voucher and I can't... The following message appear after outing all my IME info.

    Please try again later.

Please note: after starting up your new phone for the first time, it may take approximately 3 days before you can successfully register your claim on this page. You can retry now, however you may also need to wait for a day or so and then try again.

If retrying doesnt help and you still cant make the claim, please contact Nokia Care.

I bought my phone three weeks ago and is registered with Nokia and Microsoft on the day of purchase. Does anyone know what is going on?

I had that problem due to facebook auto-signing me in. Try a different browser (or a completely new browser if possible. Also, try incognito mode.

Nope, tried in different platforms and browsers and still the same issue. My phone was brand new sealed, so I don't understand what is going on. I am trying to contact Nokia Care.
