Are any of the fitness devices out comparable to Fitbit compatible with windows phone? I don't want a third party app that doesn't support all the features. Ideally I'd like one that has the call notifications and the ability to sync with the phone. I have a nokia 520.

Welcome Teresa. Unfortunately I don't believe there is. WP does currently lack in this area. I'm not an expert on these fitness bands, but I don't believe an official client exists for the likes of the Jawbone, Nike+ Fuelband, Fitbit etc.

There is good news going forward though and that is the Lumia range have now been updated to the latest Bluetooth LE specs, so expect some official clients in the future. When exactly though, we have no idea. Fitbit are known to be working on an official client for Windows Phone. I know a few people that use the Fitbit currently and have a WP, use the app Fitbit Tracker, but it isn't an official app.
