    Can't access my Outlook.com account either via web or mobile. Been down all day.

    It may be a problem on your end. I've been able to access Outlook.com from my phone and T100 today.

    I live in the Philippines, if that helps.

    I know my credentials are correct.

    Pretty certain it's not my network connection as the symptoms are present over both broadband and 4G mobile data.

    Every other website I want to access works, including other Microsoft services that rely on the same credentials (OneDrive, Skype etc.)

    I get this error from my Surface Pro running Windows 8.1 fully-patched:

    It's just come back up for me.

    Been down since 05:19 this morning and unable to access via activesync (mobile and outlook) or via the web.

    I get the same when using VPN routed via the States (NJ). Guess my actual Outlook account, or the server farm on which it is located is borked or something.

    In fairness, this is the first outage I've experienced since switching from Gmail to Outlook so I'm not too grumpy about it.
