If so, then Sataya come out of the door, off of the front porch and answer to your people. This is inexcusable and I am probably millions of other people in one way or another are real PEAVED by the inompetence.
Sataya, say SOMETHING... and DO something about this. If you don't say something my company is leaving. Our uptime this month has been at 98.7% which is HORRIBLE.
