Why it has always been MSFT just big and good on talks and when it comes to implementation either it is delayed or half baked?

Why are the implementations have to be big like an OS upgrade all the time and not product improvements from time to time?

Why is it like MS always dreaming about only high level future plans when their present is itself drowning. Why do they have to like tell people how MSFT and window phones are going to be used by people in mars and how Cortana is going to help them find water there unlike google which actually is faster day by day getting you the price of watercans in the stores around you. Why? Just why?
