Accessing new web UI for Outlook.com email

I've noticed after setting up some of my clients new Microsoft accounts for them that there is a new UI for Outlook.com email that most older outlook.com email addresses cannot access yet just by logging in to Outlook.com. Is there a way to force your email over to the new interface, or a website you can go to, in order to login and get the new interface yet? I've tried preview.outlook.com but that doesn't do anything. Anyone else wondering this?

I saw a notification the other day about changes, but I haven't noticed any yet, what's different with the new webmail?

I saw the same thing. I setup a new @outlook account and the UI is totally different (and better IMO) than my current @Hotmail account.

Why is that? I looked in settings and didn't notice a "switch".
