New Office icons?

Has Microsoft been slow-rolling the new Office icons? I use Office 365 and even enrolled myself into the Office Insiders program but still no new icons. Was there ever a timeline laid out or is it just gonna be "whoever gets it will get it, eventually?" Thanks!

Don't rush wanting the changes. They are absolutely terrible.

For example, in Outlook O365 you can no longer hover over an email and delete it. Only flag. You either have to open it and then delete using the space wasting icons on the right side of the pane or right click on it and then left click on delete. Doubling the time. Outlook is now so bad that it is quicker to use Windows Mail.
