If any of you got your Surface 2 from John Lewis in the UK they come with a 2 year warranty.
So something happened to my surface 2 64gb the weekend :evil: it just stopped booting Windows RT. (No physical damage)
The surface must be in the second year of warranty otherwise they will just send it back to Microsoft and fix. If in the second year they will refund or replace.
This is the second time this has happened to me, as my first Surface 64gb had a graphics fault in the second year, they exchange it for the Surface 2 64gb. But now happily running a Surface 3 128gb and 4gb ram and red keyboard for an extra ?50 with another 2 year warranty.
I must say this surface 3 is so much quicker and running windows 10, I did love my Surface 2 RT but was very disappointed with Microsoft.
