Credential manager on S3 - CommandChannel?

Hello there! I just got a Surface 3 and I have a quick question. In my credential manager under web credentials I have a few things. Amongst them, there are two strange ones. I was just wondering if any of you could tell me what are these things.

I have no idea, BUT I've been trying to figure this out for months. I have a HP laptop running Windows 8.1, and this keeps appearing in my credential manager as well, listed twice each time. I delete it, and within days it comes back. I've searched everywhere trying to figure this out. I cannot use IE at all, because whenever this is on my computer, it completely freezes IE up. I'm using Chrome now, but it's not the browser I prefer. I still check daily in my credentials as I remove this as soon as it appears, but no luck on keeping it gone.:eck:
