What are the default resolution settings on S3?

I was trying out Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 since it was on sale on Steam but after running it my screen resolution was resized to some horrible low resolution setting. After quitting it did not switch back to the default settings. I went into change my resolution and thought it would've been the maximum resolution of 1920 x 1280 but everything is too small now. Can someone tell me what the default (out of the box) resolution setting is? Or what the default scaling settings are? I was quite happy with what the Surface 3 came with by default. Thanks.

I figured it out. It's correct to be the maximum resolution but the display scaling should be set to Larger (and it says "recommended" when you have this). The trick is to restart the computer like it suggests (i.e. not everything will be changed to the new scaling until after you restart the Surface such as the taskbar!). D'oh.
