Does Surface 3 come with x86 or x64?

I want to do a clean install of Windows 10 on my surface 3. Not sure if I should grab the 32 or 64 bit. Can someone check their non-upgraded Surface 3 to see which version of OS is installed?

Thanks!

I thought the 32 bit version was just for backwards compatibility on ancient computers. I'd very surprised in MS shipped a PC with 32 bit this year.

Thanks guys. I used the 10162 64bit ISO to upgrade my Surface 3. I've had some instability (especially in the display driver) and was wondering if I had installed the wrong version. I'm going to do a clean install to see if it solves my issues. Just wanted to make sure I'm installing the right one. I'll go with the x64.

Great! Thanks for the info. If I need to clean install, then I'll be sure to stick with the x64 version. But, I installed the 10166 build this morning and all of the stability issues that I had seem to be resolved, so maybe I won't have to do the clean install.
