Norton AntiVirus & VPN on Surface 3

Hi Everyone,

will like to seek your advice / comments.

1) Can i install Norton Antivirus / Backup with Security type of programs on Surface 3. Will it slow down the tablet significantly? I'm running 128GB (4GB RAM)

Do you guys install any form of anti-virus programs on Surface 3? Or is it not required?

I'm concerned and worried about Malware & Virus .

2) Can I install VPN such as Tiger VPN, can it work on Surface 3?
