Surface 3 Came with Windows 10. Can I change to Windows 8.1?

I bought a surface 3 (4GB/128GB) around Christmas time. The unit came preinstalled with Windows 10. I have ran all windows updates but I just don't like the operating system as much as I do windows 8.1. I have 8.1 installed on my SP3 which I love. I almost exclusive use it in tablet mode. Is it possible to downgrade to 8.1 on my S3 even though it came with 10 preinstalled?

2. I'm not sure if you can, but you may be able to download an 8.1 recovery image here.

I don't think you can natively. I just reset my S3 yesterday and was right back to 8.1, but I've gotten use to W10 so I'm back to it now. The native news, money, and email apps are all better on W10.
