Surface Book i7 with Nvidia GPU - No Nvidia Control Panel

The system detects the Nvidia GPU (via GPU-Z and device manager) but there's no Nvidia Control Panel installed. How do I force-installed the Nvidia control panel? I tried running Windows Update and it says my SB is up to date.

Issue solved: All I did was resintall the NVIDIA GPU on the device manager.
