Where do I find the list of monitors compatable with surface book

I'm having trouble using a Samsung Z4QNHCLC904485W MONITOR

it kills me, but i have 6 or 7 at my office that simply will not work with the DOCK. will work on the onboard MDP, but just not the dock. I'm affraid the list of non-supported is far larger than the supported...at least with the DOCK and what i have run into...

Use a mini-DP to DVI or HDMI active adapter with the on-board mini-DP out. I used a large Acer touchscreen monitor this way with my SB without any major issues. If you need the extra ports, etc -- get a third party docking station type unit (cheaper than the official dock, too) or just a big, powered USB hub.

I use a Mini Display Port to HDMI Adapter and then a hdmi cable to my screen.

StarTech MDP2HDMI. Works a treat. Also used it on projectors etc. Haven't got a dock so cant comment on that unfortunately.
