I had the same updates installed (apart from the Nvidia driver, since I am using the NVidia one instead of the MS).
Here is the MS page with official information on Surface Book updates, but it is odd that it hasnt been changed since November 2016:

So far I have not found anything from Microsoft or in any of the tech sites detailing these updates.
