I went in to do an exchange from my online purchase (LCD had some issues with it) Their customer service was amazing, exchanged it no questions asked - they even made me a yummy mocha!
Anyways the vibe was awesome! Everyone looked so excited especially the employees - they were even doing free clinics all day every 30 min to help out newbies on Surface and Windows 8!
