Does the surface have contrast settings that can make the screen easier to read for people with vision disabilities? Like gray scale or reverse contrast black and white (not sure what the right vocabulary is to describe it).
Oh, i found the right words for this (reading a tips and tricks article on android 4.2). Its called inverted rendering.
Yes, there is a section called "Ease of Access" which has the following options:
High Contrast (on and off)
Make everything bigger (on or off)
Narrating (text to speech)
And cursor thickness (making it easier to see)
Windows Control Panel also has a few options for desktop use, but those are the main for the Metro interface.
Hey, thanks for that info. What does turning "high contrast" off (or on) do? Is this the black and white mode?
It turns the background black, leaving everything else color, but higher contrast so they stick out much more.
