[SOLVED] Trouble installing System Hardware Update 6/11/2013

Is anyone else having issues installing this update?

I click Install from the Windows Update and it acts like it is downloading then tells me to reboot.
I reboot and nothing happens.
I go back into Windows Update and it tells me no updates are available.
I hit Check for Updates.
The update shows back up.

I have done this a few times.

Found the issue. Windows 8.1. I have to install an updated build.
