Refresh windows 8.1 with windows 8 usb recovery

Hi,

I have a surface RT with Windows 8.1 and i want to refresh it because my lumia 920 is no more recognized. The problem is that I put my recovery (Windows 8) on a USB drive and i don't know how to use it ...
somene has an idea ...

In settings you have an option to refresh!

I want to refresh, I created a USB recovery device when i was on Windows 8 and then copy the files on my PC to be able to use my usb drive, then I delete the recovery partition on the surface.
Now when I want to refresh, I plug in the USB drive with the files and click on "refresh" but there is a message : "some files are missing, ..."

I'll wait until the final version is release, I hope it will be fix ...

Do you think the final version will be release soon (some peoples say mid august...) ?? And when I'll install it do you think I'll get a 8.1 recovery on the tablet ??
