Earlier this year I switched from an iPhone 5 to a Lumia 520. That led to a 920 and now a 925. I really enjoy using WP and found it a much better experience than iOS.
This led to me wondering if there was a better alternative then my iPad Mini which although it's very capable is also very limited and more than a little dull. On Friday I took the leap and picked up a Surface RT with the keyboard and I have to say, it was a brilliant decision. The RT is so much better than the iPad. Having the keyboard and MS Word and Excel is fantastic. It's perfect for email, browsing the web, Netflix, etc. My teenage son now wants one for Christmas and other family members have been very impressed.
If anyone has made the move to WP and is considering a Surface, go for it, you'll love it. The iPad looks and feels like an antique beside the Surface.
