Whats with the Graphic drivers on the Surface? I mean anything on desktop mode does not look the same as it does on any other PC?

Chrome is all blurry if its not the default browser, Sony Vegas is just awful and for some reason shift and ctrl make the mouse move all over the place.

    Any one else have issues?

    Thanksv

Could it perhaps be Windows' somewhat awful DPI scaling? It honestly looks terrible and I know for a fact Surface Pro defaults to 150% scaling. Though fair warning, if you turn it off, everything will get much smaller (well, except chrome because it doesn't properly support Windows DPI scaling to begin with.

To adjust this setting go to your control panel and then "Display"
