Surface 2 PlayTo video quality issues?

Hey guys,

I've been trying to use PlayTo to stream video to my WDTV Live but it seems that any time I use my Surface to stream it projects very poor video quality/video resolution to the TV. I have a full Windows 8 machine that I tested side by side and seems to be perfect. I'm starting to think it might be a Windows RT/Surface issue.

Does anyone else have a WDTV to confirm this with? If not, do you have any issues using PlayTo with other devices in terms of video quality?

I have. Actually I created a discussion on Microsoft Community and got a response that the problem can be replicated and Microsoft will be informed to look at it.

Hopefully a fix will be on the way!
