Can you have multiple user accounts?

Can you have multiple user accounts on the Surface 2/Windows 8.1 the way you could do so with Windows XP/Vista/7?

I don't like that this isn't a possibility on my iPad

Yep, this is full Windows afterall. It might not run x86 programs but the OS itself is functionally identical to Windows 8.1

Yes! This is one of my favorite features about the Surface. My wife and I each have our own account. So, when I pick it up, it feels like "my" tablet. Someday, we'll have an account for our son, too. But, he's only six months old.
