Skydrive and Best of Skype

Hey quick question, has anyone successfully sold the freebies with the Surface 2? Are there any legal reasons why you can't sell them?

I checked the website and 200Gb of Skydrive is ?64/per year and it's for 2 years so that's ?128

I can't find a price for the best of Skype and I've yet to see a Skype wifi point.
