Good time to buy Surface 2?

I've been researching my next tablet purchase for a long time it seems. I *think* I've decided to go with a Surface 2. My favorite part is the keyboard integration. There are full Windows tablets with keyboards, but I like the compactness of the Surface 2 and the screen size (as opposed to an 8" tablet).

Is now a good time to buy the Surface 2, or should I wait for an upcoming price drop or something better?

They won't drop it anytime soon. No new surface launches for awhile I'd suspect.

It's a fabulous p[roductd. I have the Surface Pro 2 and my kid has the Surface 2, and I borrow his whenever he's not looking. The half pound lighter makes a big diff.

I don't see any new Surface model or price improvements for a while now.
I'd say go for it if its a good fit.

Sounds like you have already checked out the competition anyway
