August 2014 firmware update for Surface RT UEFI causing continuous reboots

I've just installed the August 2014 firmware update on my Surface RT and now every time it powers on it says it needs to reboot in 15 minutes, so I let it reboot and then it immediately says the same thing again. Looking in Computer Management, it is the Surface RT UEFI component that keeps saying it needs to be restarted. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

For anyone else who sees this, right-click Surface RT UEFI and select Uninstall and then in subsequent box select to 'Delete the driver software for this device'. Couple of sweaty reboots later and it has reinstalled the drivers properly this time.
