Stopped at the local Best Buy today. The Surface display looked bad for the Surface 2 to say the least. One side had 3 Surface 3 Pro's. The other had 1 Surface 2 with a TypeKeyboard. Two of the keys on the TypeKeyboard were broken off. The accessories on the end of the display only had Surface 3 Pro accessories. If I didn't know better and was just judging by the display, I would think that the Surface 2 had been End of Lifed. I would think Microsoft would demand a better representation. I also looked at the Samsung and Apple displays and they of course were kept up nicely.

This is a shame. You can always complain to the Best Buy manager, or tweet Microsoft to try to get a response.

Fry's is just as bad. They're not selling PCs as the displays are broken. There its worse because all their PCs have a stupid lockdown mode in effect making it look like there are only 5 apps in windows
