Question regarding boot time of 4/128 Surface 3

Good day,

Title's self explanatory.

I'm about to order a 4/128 Surface 3 and I'm wondering how fast (or slow) does this thing boot, compared to the SP3.

I'd expect it to be slower considering its eMMC storage, but how much slower would it be compared to a baseline SP3?

I don't own one yet but I did that test at a Best Buy. Fast boot. But it seems everything on the Surface 3 was surprisingly faster than I ever expected it to be.

Though the Surface Pro 3 runs Windows 10, this video shows Surface 3 booting faster then a Surface Pro 3 and Surface 2 (RT).

Thanks! This swayed me already and I've ordered a 4/128 variant of the Surface 3.

This will largely be used as my personal take-everywhere tablet to complement my work-issued SP3 (i7/8/512).

It'll take a second or two out of the box. But once you start installing programs you'll notice that it'll slow down

Do a google search or watch a youtube video, they normally have real time videos.

Wow 20 sec to lock screen is pretty good. Pretty sure SP3 with Win8.1 is faster than that, and the video (he was using win10ip) pretty sure mine boots in 10-15 sec. Also it seems that each boot varies with some faster than others.
