My Surface 3 seems to be charging a little slower than I had expected. I'm using the official USB wall charger, but it seems to be averaging quite a bit below the rated maximum charge rate. The voltage seems particularly low.. shouldn't it be around 5 volts? Has anyone had better luck with a 3rd party charger?
