Has anyone tried wiping the hard drive on the Surface Pro 2 and clean installing Windows 8.1 or 10 on it?

Windows 10 on Surface 2

Has anyone tried wiping the hard drive on the Surface and putting a clean install of either 8.1 or 10 on it?
Just wondering if it would work..

Wonder no more. The Surface 2 is ARM based and you need an x86 chip to run Windows Desktop.
