Ctrl minus screwed up screen

First of all I want to say I do not have any keyboard on my Surface 3. I used the on screen keyboard.

Anyway, I wanted to zoom out of the screen a little but the two finger pinch didn't work so I used Ctrl + minus and it made the screen go super tiny and I can't fix it.

Let me explain with some pictures.

On a fresh restart, here is YouTube. (I used YouTube as an example but this is how it is on all websites)

Then I tried zooming in with a two finger pinch and it zoomed like normal but when I put it to what I felt was normal it caused YouTube to look like this.

Then when I clicked/tapped on a video it looked like this (the same as the previous page after I zoomed in. Meaning it was still zoomed in but the web elements like search were off)

Then I exited edge and went back to YouTube and it looked like this.

My question is, does anyone know how to get the screen back to 'normal'.? I'd appreciate any and all help very much.

Ctrl + Esc

Ctrl + 0 (think this one should work)
