Hi guys, i m on my second Surface Laptop (i got the i5, 4gb model silver) and it has same problems as the first one i got.
When plugged in the mains and you touch the back side of the lid (any metal part around or behind the screen) or move your fingers on the lid you can feel electricity.
Other times mildly other times more, which is annoying and not normal.
The thing is the power supply provided with the SL has only two pins that goes to the mains, so ground is missing.
The first one i called John Lewis and they immediatelly replaced it and provided a brand new sealed, which does exactly the same thing. I will be returning it and it's such a shame as it is a really wonderful machine.
Has anyone noticed similar behaviour or am i really unlucky and fallen on a bad batch? :shocked:
