Having just (over the last few days) freshing restored my Surface 2 (clean install) using the MS ISO, and then installing all updates (current up to 7/22/18), I now find that I cannot get the Windows Store App to connect.
I am logged on to the Surface 2 with my Microsoft Account, everything else (e.g. OneDrive, Photos, Xbox, etc.) connects just fine. But Windows Store reports immediately on loading: "Windows Store isn't available right now. Please try again later."
I have seen only this all day (and yesterday). I've had Windows Update look for new updates, but it doesn't find any.
I can't get anything installed on this device, as I can't get the Store to load.
I've tried running "Wsreset.exe", but it just immediately loads the Windows Store App to the same error.
Any ideas?
