It shipped...The Type Cover.

So I just got a conformation that my type cover 2 in purple shipped. I'm excited. But my 256GB Pro 2 didn't ship yet. And I ordered it at the same time, and they both said it would ship on the 29th. Anyone else's type cover shipped without the Surface itself?

I was the same. I had the notification of the Type Cover about 40 minutes before the Surface itself. My touch cover also said "pre-order by 29th" or something like that, giving rise to a minor panic this morning.

So, just wait a bit, it'll come.

Microsoft Store, it's either blind faith, or blind panic...

Alright, UPS states it is ready for UPS, and it is next day air saver, and 1.7lbs. It is heavier than the type cover 2 and lighter than the pro 2. So I don't know. Maybe they sent me a surface 2 by mistake? If so, I will call them and tell them to send me my pro 2, while me keeping the 2.

The weight for my keyboard parcel is 0.7Kg, the Surface is 2Kg.

You are saying that little keyboard is more than 1.5lbs? That's a lot for a little keyboard. The surface rt is 1.5lbs, so you must be wrong.

Picked up my 128GB Model at Futureshop but they didnt receive any Type/Touch 2 covers...so I was forced to get a black touch cover 1.
