My Skydrive does not show 200GB and Free International Calls on Skype

My Skydrive does not show 200 GB. It only gives me the option to buy. How do I get this added to my account? I had the original Surface Pro and now I got the Surface Pro 2.

I am also interested in knowing regarding the Skype Calls. MS said, Skype calls internationally to a land line are free. How do I know I have this?

Any help would be appreciated.

In the box with your sp2, under the surface and next to the pen will be a little bundle of documentation. In there are the needed codes and how to use them.

Thanks for the response. I did not even look into the rest of the box , I set up my device while I was in the store itself and literally walked out with the device in the sleeve, LOL. I'll look it up once I get back home.
