Surface Pro 2 Crashes after Windows Update [Nov. 13th]

My Surface Pro 2 received a Windows update today [Nov 13th] and rebooted automatically. Now the SP2 reboots about every hour or so. When the reboot occurs, I'm not really stressing the computer, I'm just listening to a podcast, with nothing else running in the background. Anyone else seeing this? Also, how can I stop my computer from updating automatically. This is horrible.

I guess it was just a random thing. It hasn't rebooted since that day. Thanks for responding though.
