Surface Pro 2 256/512gb Back in Stock in Microsoft Store

I checked around 3:00 and the Microsoft store did not have the 256gb SP2 in stock. I check back around 5:30 PM (EST) and they were in stock! Yeah! Ordered!

UPDATE: 10:25 p.m. Central Time, 256GB is out of stock. So is 64 and 128GB too! Only 512GB is IN stock.

I will feel better when my order status changes to, "shipped'. I called CDW before they showed back in stock on Friday and thy said that the 256GB devices were back ordered until the first week in February and that there were over 2 back-orders already. Microsoft needs to address this problem or people will look elsewhere.

That being said, can't help if It isn't an Intel supply chain issue. My brother ordered a ThinkPad 2 on Christmas day and he got an email saying It would not be shipped until he 3rd week of January.

Update: Shipped! Will arrive tomorrow.
