I went ahead and got it since there was a 12 hour money back guarantee. It runs fantastic on my SP2. I have the 4G model. You will have to update your video drivers.

What settings does it run at and how smooth is the gameplay? Sounds like a pretty cool idea to me considering I have the 4GB model too!!!

I have the settings on low. I'm not sure how many FPS I'm getting, but it runs smoothly. It looks and runs great. I use the mini display port to connect to my TV, and it's great. Saved money not having to buy a XB1 just to play Titanfall, especially when my 360 is still serviceable.

Is it in native resolution? (1080x1920). If you got the Xbox controller that would be pretty kick-***

The fans kick into high gear every time I play. Usually within the first two minutes into a match. I have some Steam games (Darksiders, HL2, Metro 2033...) and the fans kick on quickly with them too. The tablet never gets too hot to touch, but the fans do go full throttle.

Yeah...well we do have to remember it's almost like playing Titanfall on an iPad....personally I think the Surface is ridiculously well-engineered to squeeze such power into a tablet, considering all the iPad can do is play Fruit Ninja and browse the web :p different user cases really
