Recover Microsoft Surface Pro OEM Key

Hello Friends,

It was my foolishness that I have damaged the OEM key. One of my friends gave me a cracked designer software and after installing that software in my Surface Pro the Windows 8 product key has been changed. I resetted the surface to factory default setting then also I am not getting the Original Key and I am not able to Activate my Windows 8 pro.

I contacted Microsoft Support and they informed me that the OEM Key is pre-injected and they have no records of the Keys in their server or anymore.

I resetted many times to get the original key but that was a failure.

Please any body help me to recover my original key that will be great help.

Download a Surface Pro Recovery Image from Microsoft, install it as per their instructions.

There's a program that gives your keys from the system, so you can access the installed windows key and the OEM key that is injected onto the BIOS can't remember the name of the software but Bing it and you should find it

"Belarc Advisor" will pull keys from the bios and OS subsystem.
Run it and scroll down to software licenses.to see if the original is listed.
