Touch Cover Gestures on SP2 not working after upgrade to W10

I upgraded to Windows 10 and I now can't use pinch and zoom using my track pad on my touch cover for my Surface Pro 2. I've tried to find the settings for this, but I've come up short. Any ideas?

I don't have win10 (don't trust it yet) but try searching for 'touch' or 'precision' or 'gesture'

The only thing that doesn't work on my Power Cover is the two finger zoom. Everything else works for the most part, but will sometimes fail to work for no reason. But I rarely use the gestures and taps, so didn't really notice at first until you brought it up.

And the only settings I can find are in Settings>Devices>Mouse & touchpad

All the settings that can be adjusted are in the Touchpad section.
