How to: Cleaning, wiping, resetting? but retaining Windows 10?

Greetings SP2 peeps: I may be giving my SP2 to my brother, and we'd like to wipe or reset it, but not lose the Win 10 update. Is there a way? Any guidance, advice is appreciated, welcomed. Thank you.

You should be able to just reset it from going to clicking Start, typing 'reset' and choosing the 'Reset this PC' option and following the steps. This will reset Windows, but you will lose the update and need to install any Windows updates after it has been reset properly. This is no way to reset a PC and keep the Windows updates, sadly.
